Red and White Pasta

I made this quick and delicious dinner the other night. It was so simple that I wanted to share.

Red & White Pasta


1 lb. box pasta noodles (We love Farfelle, Penne is great for this too!)

1 jar red pasta sauce

1 jar alfredo pasta sauce

diced ham chunks, however many you’d like

3 c. shredded cheese (I used a colby/jack mix. Mozzarella is yummy too.)

Preheat your oven to 350. Boil pasta in a pot of water according to package directions. Drain.

In a 9×13 glass baking dish, spread a 1/2 cup of the red sauce on bottom. Pour half of the cooked pasta on top. Pour half of the alfredo sauce, half of the spaghetti sauce and 1 c. of cheese over the pasta. Sprinkle ham chunks over this. Repeat with remaining pasta, sauces and cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes or until hot & bubbly!
So yummy!
